In many cases we can deliver your car cover sooner, but to provide clarity and certainty we communicate a standard delivery time of two weeks. This way you know exactly what to expect, and we can carry out the printing with the greatest care and quality.

Different printing techniques

DS COVERS has professional equipment to apply a high-quality logo print to a car cover that remains beautiful and firmly in place for a long time. Depending on the size and type of logo, we choose the printing technique that best suits your design.

Flex Printing

Flex printing is ideal for logos with 1 to 4 colors. The logo is very precisely cut from flexible transfer material using a plotter and then pressed onto the cover. This results in a very clean and vibrant print. The print is stretchable and moves along with the cover. This ensures that the logo remains in excellent condition even with intensive use. An excellent choice for simple logos that need to stand out.

New: With this flex printing technique, we can also produce beautiful metallic colors, giving the print an extra premium look.

Toner Transfer Printing

This technique is perfect for logos with a lot of detail, small text or color gradients. Almost any design is possible. The colors are slightly less vibrant than with other techniques and the print is not stretchable. This is because the design is applied to the cover as a thin layer. Ideal for complex logos where precision is more important than flexibility.

Sublimation Printing

With this technique, the logo is sublimated onto polyester “badge” material; the ink is absorbed into the material. The badge is then carefully cut out and pressed onto the car cover. With this technique, all colors and color gradients are possible, and the badge is slightly stretchable and very durable. This technique is especially suitable for “emblem logos”.

Logo Position and Size

A logo print is placed as standard in the center on the hood area of the car cover. This ensures that the logo is always clearly and attractively visible and in good proportion to the cover. The print is always applied in an optimal way and in the correct proportions, with a maximum width of 40 cm (this may vary slightly depending on the technique). Would you like a larger or smaller logo? Or a different position? This is often possible. Feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.

We already have many standard brand logos in our collection. However, if you would like printing with your own logo, for example that of your company, we kindly ask you to provide it in high resolution. Preferably, you should supply the file as a vector file (.ai, .eps or .pdf). With a vector file, our printing studio can process the lines and colors perfectly, allowing us to guarantee the cleanest and highest-quality final result for your car cover.
