Exchange - Return

It can always happen that for some reason a product is not what you expected it to be. At DS COVERS we deal with this as smoothly as possible. Below you can read the instruction and our conditions regarding the exchange or return of a product.

If you want to exchange the received product for another product or size, we will pay the costs for the return shipment. Follow the next steps:

[1.] Place a new order for the desired product on our website.

[2.] Complete the below return form and specify the new order number.

[3.] Within 1 working day you will receive a return label from us with which you can return the “old” product for free. Always include a printout of the confirmation e-mail that you will receive after completing the form below. Keep the proof of the return shipment (with tracking-id) carefully. If the return is lost, we will ask you for this.

[4.] After receiving and checking the return shipment, we will transfer the purchase amount of the returned product to you within 14 days via the payment method you have used.

If you only want to return the received product, you will have to pay the costs for the return shipment yourself. Follow the next steps:

Always include a printout of the confirmation e-mail that you will receive after completing the form below. Keep the proof of the return shipment (with tracking-id) carefully. If the return is lost, we will ask you for this.

[3.] After receiving and checking the return shipment, we will transfer the purchase amount of the returned product to you within 14 days via the payment method you have used.

If you want to return a product for a reason other than the above two reasons, for example a warranty case or an error delivery, please contact our customer service.

[1.] We have a cooling-off period of 30 days within which you can exchange or return the product. This period starts from the moment you have received the product.

[2.] The product to be exchanged or returned must be in new and undamaged condition (including labels, etc.) and returned in the original packaging.

[3.] Used and / or damaged products cannot be exchanged or returned. If it appears upon receipt that a product is damaged, DS COVERS will return the product to the sender.

[4.] A return shipment must always be sent to us with sufficient postage.

[5.] Products with a logo print and products that are completely tailor-made, such as the LUXX and SUNN car covers, cannot be exchanged or returned.
