A cargo bike cover protects your cargo bike when stored outdoors from rain, dirt, and UV radiation, helping to significantly extend the lifespan of your cargo bike.

Yes, the cover is fitted with a strong elastic hem at both the front and rear, ensuring a snug fit around the cargo bike. In the middle, an adjustable strap underneath the bike provides extra security. This keeps the cover firmly in place even in strong winds.

When your protective cover is not in use, we recommend always storing it clean and dry. Most protective covers come with a storage pouch or bag in which you can neatly fold and keep the cover.

Preferably store the cover in a dry, dark place to prevent wear from moisture or UV light. This way, the cover retains its protective qualities longer and stays in good condition for as long as possible.

You can clean a dirty cover by rinsing it with lukewarm water. If necessary, you can gently wipe it with a cloth or soft brush. We recommend avoiding vigorous scrubbing and not using cleaning agents, as these may damage the material or protective coating.

After cleaning, allow the cover to dry completely, preferably in a shaded area. If desired, you can then treat the cover with an impregnation spray to maintain or enhance its water- and dirt-repellent properties.

If the cover turns out not to fit, or if you have another reason to return or exchange it, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. You can read the procedure to follow here.

Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. The transit time depends on the destination country, but within Europe it is generally 2 to a maximum of 4 working days. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking ID to follow the shipment status. Please note: covers that require printing or are completely tailor-made have different delivery times.

All DS COVERS products come with a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty applies to the original purchaser who bought the product new.
